Who doesn't love dessert? These beauties will not go un-noticed at a party! Below the recipe card, you will find a step-by-step guide to creating the most delicious brownies on the planet!

Things to know before you get started:
These brownies use coconut oil, so you need to make sure it stays melted, but doesn't fry your

vegan cream cheese. To do this, I created a hot water bath in a skillet and placed my mixing bowl in the hot water bath while combining the ingredients.
Also note that coconut oil will solidify when cooled, so these brownies are best served chilled. You can certainly eat them raw or straight out of the oven, but just be aware that they may be runny in the center.
Step-by-step Instructions:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place your dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and place the mixing bowl in the hot water bath.
3. In a small pot, melt your coconut oil. But don't let it get too hot (we don't want to fry our cream cheese later).
4. Add part of your melted coconut oil (1/2 cup) to your dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

5. Then add your Cultured Culture cream cheese to the remaining melted coconut oil and stir gently with a spatula until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.

6. Grease your 9 x 13 inch baking pan and dust it with flour to help prevent sticking.

7. Layer your bownie mix and cream cheese mix to make 4 layers.

8. Bake for 30 minutes. The top layer of cream cheese will brown and the edges will pull away from the pan when they are done.

9. Allow to cool for 2-3 hours before refrigerating for 4 hours.
The beauty of this recipe is that you will have multiple layers of texture to your brownies. The inner pieces will be soft and creamy and the edges will be firm. If you prefer to have hard edges, then you can cook your brownies in multiple smaller square pans or you can cook them in a cupcake form for single serving brownies!
